Offset stops at 5000. 240 requests a minute per key. A new account starts with 10 credits. Each month a free account includes 50 contact unlocks, 5 intros, and 1 CSV export of unlocked contacts. A person and that person's agent share this same allowance. Summary search stays free. Paid credits are used after that monthly allowance. A later CSV export that month spends one credit. An empty balance returns 402.
