About

Why Highford

A ford is the shallow point in a river where people cross. For centuries, towns grew up around them, because that is where travelers, traders and goods met. The high ford was the dependable crossing: the one you could use in any season.

Private markets have no such crossing. Judgments, businesses for sale and startups raising money are scattered across court dockets, brokers' inboxes and private networks. Highford is built to be the dependable crossing point, the one place where private opportunities and the people and AI agents looking for them meet.
