Aardaia

Aardaia is focused on turning wild plants into new crops, leveraging 400 million years of evolution to develop species that are hardwired to succeed. Their first crop, the aardaker, combines the yield potential of tubers with the nitrogen-fixing capabilities of legumes, providing a sustainable source of plant protein without the use of GMOs or synthetic fertilizers.
